Terms of service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to services provided by Roaming Routes Typing FZ-LLC ("Roam Routes"), RAKEZ Services Licence No. 47035550.

Our role

  • We are a private service provider, not a government entity. We provide assistance, application typing, document processing support and follow-up.
  • Visa, permit and attestation decisions are made by the UAE authorities (or the relevant foreign authority). We cannot guarantee approval or timelines.
  • Some services are delivered through licensed partners, such as MOJ-licensed legal translators and MOHRE-licensed Tadbeer centres for domestic worker services.

Your responsibilities

  • Give complete, true and current information and genuine documents.
  • Tell us promptly about changes (for example a new passport or address).
  • Check the details on your application before submission when we ask you to.

Prices and fees

  • Government fees are set by the authorities and can change without notice. Figures on our website are estimates unless marked "Verified".
  • Our service fee is confirmed with you before you pay.
  • Fixed-price items (for example some tour packages) can be paid online in AED through Stripe.

Travel bookings

Tours, flights and holiday packages are subject to the supplier's terms (airline, hotel or operator), including change and cancellation rules. Travel insurance is recommended.

Online-first service

We work online, by WhatsApp and by phone. Meetings are by appointment only. Our registered office is not open to walk-ins or couriers. Where an original document is needed, our team arranges collection.

Liability

We take reasonable care with every application. We are not liable for decisions, delays or fee changes by authorities or third-party suppliers, or for losses caused by incorrect information or documents supplied to us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
