Refund policy

Government fees

Fees paid to UAE authorities or other governments are normally non-refundable once an application has been submitted, including when an application is not approved. Any refund of these fees is decided by the authority.

Our service fee

• Before we start work: full refund of our service fee.
• After work has started (for example typing or document review): we refund the unused part of our service fee, in proportion to the work not yet done.
• After submission to the authority: our service fee is non-refundable, because the work has been completed, whatever the authority decides.

Tours, tickets and holiday packages

Cancellation and change rules depend on the airline, hotel or tour operator, and are shared with you before you pay. Where a supplier refunds us, we pass that refund on to you, less any non-refundable supplier charges.

Online card payments

Approved refunds are made to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show the refund.
