Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office I can visit?
We are an online service company registered in RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone). All our services are handled online, by WhatsApp and by phone, so you never need to visit an office. If you would like to meet in person, we can arrange a meeting by appointment at a location we confirm with you.
Are you a government office?
No. Roam Routes is a private service provider. We help you prepare, type and submit applications and follow them up. Every visa and permit decision is made by the UAE authorities.
How do I send you my documents?
After you send an enquiry or pay online, you get a private upload link. Upload clear photos or PDFs there (up to 1 MB each; we shrink large photos for you automatically). If an original document is needed, for example for attestation, our team will arrange collection. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No one can honestly guarantee approval. The decision belongs to the authorities. What we do is check your documents carefully before submission, so avoidable mistakes don't slow you down.
How much will it cost?
Each service page shows the government fees we know about, marked as estimates because the authorities can change them. Our service fee is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay anything, so there are no surprises.
How can I pay?
Fixed-price items such as some tour packages can be paid online by card through Stripe's secure checkout in AED. For other services we confirm the total first and then share a secure payment link.
How do I check the status of my application?
Use the tracker on our website. Enter your reference number (it starts with RR-) and the phone number you gave us. You can also ask us on WhatsApp at any time.
Is my personal data safe?
Your documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are only used to process your request. We never share them with advertisers. See our privacy policy for details.
Can you help with a visa for my holiday abroad?
Yes. When you book an outbound package we tell you what your nationality needs for that destination and help you prepare the application. The destination country makes the decision.
