Privacy policy

This policy explains how Roaming Routes Typing FZ-LLC ("Roam Routes", "we"), RAKEZ Services Licence No. 47035550, handles your personal data when you use roamroutestravels.com, WhatsApp, phone or email to use our services.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email.
• Request details: the service you need, travel dates, messages you send us.
• Documents you upload: for example passport copies, photos, certificates, tenancy contracts or salary certificates needed for your application.
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, never your full card number.
• Technical and marketing data: pages visited and, only if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising data (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). We also store how you found us (for example an advertising campaign tag) with your enquiry.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and provide the service you asked for, including preparing and submitting applications to UAE authorities or licensed partners.
• To send confirmations, status updates and receipts.
• To meet legal, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
• With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

• UAE government authorities (for example ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, MOFA) as needed for your application.
• Licensed partners (for example MOJ-licensed legal translators, Tadbeer centres, airlines, hotels and tour operators) only as needed for your request.
• Service providers that host or process data for us: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database and private document storage), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and, if you consent, Google, Meta and TikTok (analytics and advertising). We never share your uploaded documents with advertising platforms.

How we protect your documents

Documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Upload links are personal and expire. Only authorised team members can access your files.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, normally up to 5 years. Uploaded documents are deleted when no longer needed for your application or our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them earlier where the law allows.

Your rights
